Hey everyone!!! =D As you can tell my eye surgery worked and I'm not blind!!! =D Lol! Right now I'm just really tired, I only got about 2hrs of sleep last night because I was so excited to get the bandage contacts out earlier today! It felt so great to get those damn things out!! As of today I can see 20/25 in both eyes which is as close to being perfect as you can!!! =) It feels absolutely amazing to know I'll never need glasses again!!!!!

The pain over the weekend wasn't to bad. Friday I woke up, eyes were a little dry, but no pain really. I slept basically all day, minus the waking up every 6hrs to put in a bunch of eye drops. Saturday came and that was the day I just wanted to die. I made the mistake in rubbing my left eye and I caused the bandage contact in my eye to move, which nearly brought me to me knee in pain! I slept most of the day but ended up sitting around my apartment and listened to movies. Sunday the day that was supposed to be the worst was actually the best! I woke up could see clearly, for the most part, and I could even focus on my computer screen. So I pretty much sat on the computer and caught up on emails and shows I had missed, although I did burn through a box of Refresh eye drops that day! lol! And that leads me to today! Monday, I went and had my follow up appointment and had the bandage contacts removed and all I can say is my eyes feel so much better and I've cut my use of Refresh drops down more than half from not having the plastic contacts sucking the moisture out of my eyes!!

I'll continue to heal over the course of the next year and my eye sight will fluctuate a little bit for the first couple days now but after that I should be all good and my eye sight should heal to 20/20 if not slightly better, which would be pretty amazing! =)

Thanks for reading everyone and I'll have some new photos up shortly!
